HW Monitor supports the most common sensor chips, including the ITE® IT87 family, most Winbond® ICs, and others. It can also read current CPUs' on-die core thermal sensors, hard drive temperatures via S.M.A.R.T, and video card GPU temperatures. 

Special hardware monitors like abit® uGuru and Gigabyte® ODIN™ power supply are also supported. HWMonitor Portable is awesome!
