The antidote is a strong corrector, spell checker, and text optimizer that can be integrated into your preferred text editor and provide crucial assistance during document development. In addition to offering real-time advice for correcting your spelling issues, it also offers full support for recommending adjustments for other types of subtle errors. 

The recommendations are divided into the following categories: lexicon, grammar, syntax, punctuation, style, business writing, typography, phonetics, and history. The program provides access to a big dictionary that can provide you with exact definitions for all of your terms, as well as a simple way to find their conjugations, combinations, and more. The software also has full support for the gender neutrality filter and a valuable "Anti-Oups!" tool that will remind you to correct spelling errors even after you have clicked Send on your emails in Outlook suite.

Installation and Use 

The Antidote desktop app comes in a hefty installation package that weighs over 2GB and requires more than 6 GB of free space on your hard drive (more if you plan to install more than one language). Developers recommend a PC with more than 8 GB of RAM memory and a fast SSD hard drive to allow for faster access to the program's enormous amount of files. 

After a fast installation, the utility will identify all of the compatible text editors and browsers on your Windows 7/8/10 PC. Most users will encounter Antidote through Microsoft Word, where their documents will finally gain access to considerably more robust grammar, style, and spell-checker features capable of detecting significantly more errors than Word's built-in spellchecker.
