Topaz Photo AI is a full program to enhance photos. It has many AI-powered tools that can help Windows PC users fix and improve their noisy, blurry, and grainy photos. It gives users the option of fully automating repair tasks or fully configuring all upscaling effects by hand.

Topaz Photo AI can be downloaded online as both a separate Windows app and a set of add-ons for well-known photo tools like Photoshop and Lightroom. All versions of the app have an upscaling feature that can be used on both single files and whole picture libraries at once. During the trial period, users can try out the full version of the app for free. However, after the trial period ends, they will need to pay for a paid license that lasts a lifetime.
