Outlook on Desktop (OotD) is a Windows software written in C# that brings a fully functional calendar (or other Outlook component) immediately to your desktop, making it easier to use because it is constantly visible.

Outlook on Desktop (OotD) is a productivity solution that allows users to quickly access their Microsoft Outlook application directly from their desktop. It works smoothly with Outlook, allowing users to access emails, calendar appointments, tasks, and contacts without having to launch the entire Outlook application.

People who use calendars to arrange their everyday lives keep them in plain sight most of the time. However, on your PC, you must navigate through a slew of menus and clicks before you can even view your desktop calendar. So, to bridge the gap, I created this simple tool that would install the Microsoft Outlook Calendaring system directly on your desktop.

Outlook on Desktop's calendar item is pinned to your desktop and remains visible at all times, allowing you to know what's coming up. Of course, the advantages don't end there... because it's a genuine Microsoft Outlook calendar, you receive all of its features, such as direct editing, drag & drop of files, and so on.

Outlook on the Desktop can be configured entirely using the program's tray icon. That is the white indicator in the bottom right corner of your screen that displays the day of the month. Right-click on it to get all of the setting options.
