Why This Software?

You can use it on your PC!
The app works with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux, which are all important operating systems. This means that Ocenaudio 64-bit will always work on any computer.

It doesn't get in the way.
It stays responsive no matter how many files are open at the same time. In the background, time-consuming tasks like reading and saving audio files or adding effects run while you work on other files.

Users come first.
A Brazilian study group at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (LINSE) started making the app because they needed an easy-to-use audio editor that could handle a lot of different file formats and do spectral analysis and audio signal generation. The main goal of Ocenaudio's development is to make it easy for people to use, giving them a unified and clear tool for changing and analyzing audio.

Features and Highlights

VST plugins work with
It works with VST (Virtual Studio Technology) plugins, which let users add a lot of effects. Like native effects, VST effects can use real-time previews to help with setting them up.

Effects preview in real-time
EQ, gain, and filtering are some of the techniques that are used when editing audio. But it's hard to get the result you want just by changing how the control is set up; you also have to listen to the treated audio. It has a real-time preview mode that lets you hear the processed signal while you change the controls. This makes setting up the effects easier.

There is a small picture of the chosen audio signal in the effect configuration box. You can use this small view the same way you use the main screen. You can pick out parts that interest you and hear the effect as it happens in real-time.

Cross-platform help
You can get the audio editor for Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux, which are all important operating systems. Native apps are made for all platforms from a single source so that they work well on all of them and are fully integrated with the operating system. It's possible to use the skills you learn in one version of Ocen Audio on other versions as well since they all share the same set of features and looks.

The Ocen Framework is a powerful set of tools for editing, analyzing, and manipulating music that was made to help with development. Qt is a well-known tool for cross-platform development, and Ocen Audio is built on top of it.

Multiple choices for delicate editions
It has multi-selection to make changing complicated audio files faster. You can listen to, change, or even add an effect to different parts of an audio file at the same time with this great tool. For instance, to average only the parts of an interview where the person being interviewed talks, all you have to do is pick them out and apply the effect.

Editing big files quickly and easily
There are no limits on how many or how long audio files you can change with this app. The app uses a sophisticated memory management method to keep your files open without using up any of your computer's memory. Common editing tasks like copy, cut, and paste can be done almost quickly, even in files that are hours long.

Spectrogram with all features
It has a powerful and full spectrogram view as well as an amazing waveform view of your audio files. This view gives you the best possible view of the spectral content of your audio stream.

The choices for the spectrogram are used in real-time, which will surprise advanced users. When you change things about the display, like the number of frequency bands, window type, and size, and dynamic range, the display is changed right away.
