OCCT is a free stability checking program that was launched in 2003 and has been constantly updated since. It allows you to fully test your computer's stability through four separate tests: CPU:OCCT and CPU:Linpack are used to test the CPU, GPU:3D for GPU stability, and Power Supply, which combines CPU:Linpack and GPU:3D to fully load your Power Supply. Benchmark your Windows computer's CPU right now!

Each test can be conducted indefinitely or for a set period of time. You may even insert an idle interval at the start or end of a test to better understand how your computer's temperature rises from idle to fully loaded, and vice versa.

The OCCT benchmark program also includes a monitoring engine that provides real-time readings of the computer's internal temperatures, voltages, and fan speed, as well as graphs at the end of a test. If you're concerned about performance with real-time graphs, don't be: even if they're very light, simply hiding the graph panel will prevent them from refreshing.

The software also safeguards your computer from overheating or damage by incorporating alarms that can be customized for each sensor: if you exceed (or fall below) the alarm value for temperature, voltage, or fan speed, the test will halt to protect your machine.
