This app lets you do more than just download videos. As you browse the side panel, you'll discover additional useful utilities such as FLV Audio Ripper, FLV Converter, and FLV Maker. 

Despite the name, the software allows you to save videos in different file formats besides FLV. In fact, you can add several video files and convert them to various video file types. Each format is assigned to a category, such as mobile devices, personal computers, etc. The one you choose is determined by where you intend to play the video. You can also change the quality settings. 

Several video files can be imported and converted into FLV. However, the program does not let you combine many videos into a single film. However, it does allow you to enhance the video by cropping, trimming, adding watermarks, and adjusting the color sliders.

GetFLV is a portable application. To unzip it, we recommend using 7-Zip, which is  free.

Overall, this app performs as promised. The functionality could be improved because a few issues were detected during testing on various operating systems. In general, the software performs its intended functions fast and efficiently.
