FPS Monitor (FPS Counter software) monitors your PC's hardware status and presents it as an overlay in-game. You no longer need to switch to a desktop or connect a second display to monitor your hardware health. FPS Monitor Software displays all relevant information in-game. 

FPS Monitor is the first software program that displays not only an FPS counter like Fraps™, but also a variety of other metrics. This provides a clear picture of how your hardware performs when gaming. 

The app investigates practically every hardware that influences your perception of a game and, consequently, your pleasure in it. The application will show you where your game's loads are too high, whether they are CPU or GPU. Or perhaps the blockage is in your hard drive. Or perhaps a network connection? 

You can set the font, size, style, colors, and other rendering parameters for each sensor value. Of course, you can enable or disable any sensor. In other words, you can design your own overlay that doesn't interfere with your gameplay. If you don't want to store all of your data in one place, just create another overlay and enable only the sensors you need. 

FPS Monitor for Windows PC's basic feature is to display system statistics in real-time as a game overlay. It can also collect hardware utilization statistics (for a specified time period) and save them to a file for later examination. Overclockers will like FPS Monitor's unique feature, Hardware Alerts! When your hardware is in a risky or critical state, the software will alert you via the overlay.

Limitations in the demo/free version

• "Demo" overlay appears on the screen. 
• Scene management is disabled. 
• Overlays and extension settings are not stored in the Nag screen.
