Switching to eM Client from your current email client couldn't be easier, as you can import all of your data directly from Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, The Bat, or Windows Mail, allowing you to be started in minutes. You may also export all of your data to a variety of formats, as well as create and restore backups.

The user interface is simple, modern, adaptable, and intuitive. The software has been localized into 19 languages and has 10 colorful themes. The default "Modern" theme is excellent, but you can customize it with your preferred colors. The left sidebar provides access to your email accounts, calendar, tasks, and contacts, and it is always displayed, whilst the right sidebar can be hidden and used to access contact information, agenda, and chat. The conversation can be detached to a separate window if necessary, and it supports three main messaging services: Google Talk, Facebook, and Jabber. It also allows for file transfers. 

Reading and sending emails is a sheer pleasure. You can position your Messages Panel on the left, bottom, or disabled, and when you open a new message, it will appear in a new window. Searching is quite fast and produces accurate results. Some of the useful features include delayed (scheduled) email transmission, a full spell-checker, email templates and signatures, message encryption, and the ability to create email groups in which you can email multiple persons at the same time. This can be handy and save you a significant amount of time. 

The only drawback is that it uses more RAM (than Thunderbird, for example), but overall, the current edition is an amazing email client with numerous capabilities. It is free for personal use and supports up to two email accounts. If you require more than two accounts (or if you need it for commercial purposes), you will need to purchase the premium version and believe me when I say that the money invested in the tool will be well spent.

PGP Encryption Support 
The application now supports PGP; create or import your PGP keys to send encrypted and signed emails. Watch the video for instructions. 

Live Backup 
The backup process no longer requires you to exit the app. The program will now backup while in progress, allowing you to continue working while it is running. 

Automatic contact avatar downloading 
The program automatically downloads and displays avatars of your contacts from the internet. It includes Gravatar downloads, domain icons, and other features. 

Improved table editor. 
Table editing has just become much easier; you may now resize any cell, row, or column. 

Automatic resizing and simple image editing 
Pasting photos into emails is now easier than ever. Not only will they be automatically adjusted to fit, but you will also be able to manually adjust the size, rotate, and flip them. 

Auto-responders for Gmail 
Gmail now allows you to send automatic 'Out of Office' replies. Inform everyone that you will be unable to answer their emails by configuring the automated response right inside eMClient. 

It is important to note that the .NET Framework is required. The Free version only allows you to add up to two accounts.
