DreamMail is a reliable and full-featured freeware email client that has both basic and advanced tools for handling emails for users of all skill levels. This single email client works with Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, and RSS feed, and supports POP3, SMTP, and eSMTP email protocols. It can also help home users, businesses, and large companies easily manage multiple email clients, make backups, password-protect messages, and do a lot more.

DreamMail Team has made a client that can meet all of your needs. They have years of experience making tools and UI that are easy to use. Novice users can stick to the basic tabbed interface elements like the inbox, outbox, sent messages, trash, and drafts. Advanced users, on the other hand, can easily set up features like email filtering, RSS listings, multiple-user accounts, automated backups, connection to local email servers, setting up emails to be converted into HTML or text files, and much more.

That's not even close to all that DreamMail has to offer. You can quickly get to tools for setting up privileged access, password-protected folders, the level of protection for Junk mail, and more if you work for a company that has strict rules about who can read certain emails.

Installation and Use

The package is small and light, and it only takes seconds to run. After following the on-screen directions, you will be asked to choose a place to install the client app. The only visible part of the interface that might bother you is that the Dream Mail installer and client both come with Chinese characters. To change the language from Chinese to English, open the app and go to the language tab. It's important to know that Dream Mail is only legally best used on newer versions of Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows 11.

As soon as you open the app, you'll see the familiar screen layout that made Outlook Express famous more than a decade ago. Good news for beginners who are used to this UI layout. Now anyone can quickly start managing their email accounts. The app has a main window with a tree-like structure for emails and directories on the left, control tools in the middle, and a big area in the middle for listing emails. You can open each email in its own window that floats on top of the screen. This window has all the tools you need to handle emails, such as To, CC, Subject, text body fields, and buttons for Sending, Saving, Attaching, Contacting, Digital Signatures, and more.

DreamMail does more than just handle emails. It also has built-in support for Calendar, Contact database management, user information pages, a template manager, and an attachment manager. All of those tools come with their own windows and easy-to-use interfaces, so users can handle the work that comes with keeping up with hundreds or even thousands of email contacts and writing to them every day.

The main Options window has 18 separate tabs, each with a wide range of specific customization tools. These include tools for changing the interface, changing a huge number of email settings, changing the calendar, and much more.
