Automatic Email Processor is Outlook's entire solution for automatically saving and/or printing received emails and attachments. For these jobs, a variety of filters and configuration options are available, such as the ability to handle attachments and email messages later or create dynamic archiving folders.

Dynamic archiving folders allow the route to the location where the Automatic Email Processor keeps email attachments or emails to be dynamically created from an email's attributes.

The output format for email messages, among other things, can be defined (for example, PDF, EML, or HTML). The normal Outlook message format (save emails as MSG files) is ideal for storing crucial messages. The program allows you to create an endless number of rules so that you can set up different email accounts independently. Rules can also be applied to emails received during a specific period or to all emails existing in an Outlook folder.

Outlook supports the following versions (32-bit or 64-bit): Outlook 365, 2024, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007

The Auto Mail Processor program monitors Outlook and allows you to send emails or attachments that fulfill predefined criteria directly to a printer upon receipt. Different print settings can be established for each rule, allowing you to print specific emails of varying quality. The printer can be specified separately for each rule, as well as for printing the email message or attachment. You can also define which pages of the email should be printed automatically.

What Automatic Email Processor Can Do?

Automatic Email Processor for PC allows emails received in Outlook to be automatically stored as a PDF file in a specified directory, for example, to retain a backup copy of the message. Attachments and the email itself can be inserted (as an MSG file with or without a digital signature) in the PDF document. The path, folder, and file name of the PDF file to be saved can be derived from numerous email attributes, such as the date and, for example, a portion of the subject.
