Once the Play button is pressed, your new voice will be heard in all audio recording and messaging software on your computer. While the app will automatically sync with the majority of popular chat apps, in rare circumstances it may request permission to share this new audio feed. 

It's worth noting that the free TRIAL version of All-In-One Voice Changer only includes the cat voice. To unlock more voices and the entire range of the audio pitch slider, users must purchase a lifetime license, which unlocks all functions of this lightweight speech processing tool. The software is targeted for usage exclusively with later versions of Microsoft Windows (Vista, 8, and 10), with only limited compatibility available for previous OS versions such as Windows XP.
